Capturing the Magic of The Beatles by Candlelight in Cardiff Recently, we had the privilege of filming a unique and enchanting concert at the New Theatre, Cardiff, as part of the Concerts by Candlelight series. The performance, titled The Beatles by Candlelight, featured an array of timeless Beatles classics, beautifully reimagined and performed in an intimate, candlelit setting. From iconic hits like Penny Lane to many other favourites, the show was a heartfelt tribute to one of the greatest bands in music history.
For this event, our team brought in four camera operators and used eight cameras to capture the concert from every possible angle. Each camera was carefully placed to ensure that we could convey the full essence of the live performance, while also capturing the atmospheric glow of the candles that adorned the stage. This multi-camera setup allowed us to document every moment, from the intricate musicianship to the warm, intimate ambience that made the evening so special.
